NO ONLINE BOOKING. INITIAL APPOINTMENTS WILL ONLY BE BOOKED BY PHONE. Once you are an established client, you may arrage appointments by text. 413-204-6995. Please leave a voicemail and your call will be returned by 8pm that day. If you do not hear back within that time, please text or call again. I make every effort to be timely in my communication so it may be that a message did not get through.
Appointments are made for Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. These days are subject to availability. Appointments are limited but every effort will be made to accomodate your schedule. All scheduling is made by text, phone or in person. NO ONLINE BOOKING.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally. In order to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are followed:
Minimum 24 hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment. Appointments are limited and this allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule. If notice is not given, you will be considered a no-show. After 2 cancellations without a reschedule, treatment will be terminated.
No-shows
If you forget to cancel and forgo your appointment, you will be considered a “no-show.” After 2 no shows, treatment will be terminated.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate other clients scheduled after you, but you will be responsible for payment of the full session. Arrivals 10 minutes past your appointment time will be rescheduled.
*For all clients, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
**For new clients, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time in order to review forms and medical history.
